Riverside Medical Center
A new 60-bed community medical center providing outpatient, diagnostic, and emergency care to underserved communities in Multan.
Riverside Medical Center was built from the ground up to serve a community that previously had to travel significant distances for outpatient and emergency care. Our healthcare design team planned the facility around high daily patient throughput in the outpatient department, while keeping the emergency department fully separated with dedicated ambulance access.
Given budget constraints typical of trust-funded community healthcare projects, we prioritized clinical function over decorative finishes, while still meeting healthcare facility accessibility and infection control standards throughout.
A rooftop solar array was included to offset a portion of the facility's power demand, reducing long-term operating costs for the trust that will run the center.

Full healthcare facility design and construction management for a new-build 60-bed community medical center, including outpatient, diagnostic, and emergency departments.
